Register as Reseller

Please complete the form below to register as a IMS Stratus Reseller.

IMS Stratus is seeking Resellers of its products. As a Reseller you would earn 20% of the costs for 2 years as long as the client remains a subscriber for the full 2 years. Any individual or company can register to be a Reseller. You must be a genuine Reseller and IMS Stratus reserves the right to cancel its agreement with you if it is of the view that you are not a genuine Reseller. Australian Resellers need to provide a tax invoice to IMS Stratus each month.


To become a Reseller you need to read and agree to the Resellers Terms and Conditions and provide IMS Stratus with the following details below. You will then be issued a unique Resellers code which you provide to potential subscribers. IMS Stratus will deposit into your bank account 20% of the package value for subscribers who use your Resellers code. Payment will continue for 2 years from receipt of the first subscription payment. Payments will cease if the client cancels their subscription during the first 2 years.

IMS Stratus will provide technical support to all its subscribers. Resellers can offer its client’s services to assist with the setup and management of IMS Stratus at a fee agreed between the Reseller and the subscriber.
